How much for Stump Removal or Grinding

I've got a stump left over from Gustav. About 2 feet high and 15 inches wide. Any recommendations on who to use. How much should it run?

you can rent a stump grinder for 100 bucks and do it yourself.

I used these guys post Gustav for one that was 3'+ diameter... $300 great deal. They have a giant killer machine that can get it done fast too.
