That was my single biggest hurdle. The MEPS doc failed me on depth perception (20/15 in both eyes though). Had to go see an optometrist and an ophthalmologist and have both conclude that I had sufficient depth perception.

I double majored in marketing and management. Working as a sales rep for a national financial services firm first job out of college. Can't stand it.
Looking to utilize my degree more and get into content/product marketing for an apparel or athletic company. It's been a major challenge trying to completely shift gears industry wise despite the depth of my experience.

Do you professional meeting attendees enjoy going to meetings all day?
I personally like how quickly they can make the day go by. However, they can suck if you actually have things to get done.

I think people with technical degrees work in the field for their degree the vast majority of the time throughout their career.
For me, undergrad in accounting, masters in tax.
Big 4 right out of college. Left it for years during the housing boom and worked for several banks doing residential and commercial lending. Easy money for doing practically nothing for a while - polar opposite of Big 4 and was great. Back to Big 4 with financial crisis in 2008. Law firm for several years now, tax law.
