You are getting unhinged man, relax.

I said earlier

quote:

NVDA is not going to $1000, however it can make a run to $300 - $500.

If you paid attention to AI news, there is a pretty big event about to happen within this decade. AGI is getting closer with the near 100% chance of reasoners and agents occurring in the next two years. Will AGI be this decade, outside chance. More than likely 2030s and not the predicted 2060s. NVDA is going to be the only company though this decade (2020s) to really have a foothold.

quote:

Market Cap greater than all of the Dollars in existence because math & logic don't apply to NVDA.

You know that actually already exists now right? The sum market caps of the stock markets exceed the M1 and M2.

$1000/share would be wild anytime soon but people have consistently failed to grasp that the gap between the corporate haves and have nots is only getting bigger. We’ll have $10T market cap companies sooner than people think IMO.

Spot on, and some individual will also become world's first trillionaire this decade. Money is on Musk right now, especially if Starship places humans on the moon and lands on Mars by 2026 as the current plan stands.

We are going to see Helium 3 mined on the moon and returned to Earth. Probably sometime in 2030s. That is key to nuclear fusion, which is closer to reality thanks to this fad called AI. Well that is what Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory said at least, we will see if AI has legs

We are going to have a front row seat to some life changing events with AI, nuclear energy and inter-planetary travel over the next 20 years. It would be wise to not doubt the potential value of any stock leading the charge in those areas.

You guys are insane. NVDA is now almost 12% of total US GDP.

Read that again.

The only other comparable bubble was Cisco in 2000. It hit 5% of GDP.

I love AI, love the company, but these valuations are insanity.

ETA: I hope I am wrong and you guys make a ton more money but when the entire world has piled into a trade it normally is too late.
___________

I get your sentiment. The market cap is crazy. But everytime they report, the numbers are fantastic. Both revenue and earnings. They can get $10B profit on $20B in revenue. Billions, not millions. I am comfortable staying in a company reporting those kinds of numbers. I think stock price growth slows to something reasonable for the next year. I am riding a little longer.

i'm trying not to take what you said out of context so what is the context? There are data center cancellations all the time - it's pretty well known that over half of those announced this year are delayed or never gonna happen

I was being too hyperbolic.

But all we can do is speculate, right? What you just said could be the canary in the coalmine when we look back in 5 years. That's my assertion.

If this is true, you need someone else making your investment decisions. Neither should be true.
