Anyone know of any good realtors in the Houston area that charge less than 6% commission?

Need to unload a house in the heights, but really don't feel like pissing away 20k to realtors.

If not, how difficult is going fsbo? Hoping to move it quickly.

Did it flood? You might be able to sell it pretty easily if it did not flood.

Commission in negotiable. Find one that will do it for 4 or 5% You get what you pay for though. Most realtor will choose not to show buyers your house if their commission is going to be really low

There's a lot through heights and rice military that are in the low 300 - 400 range.

I don't know how fast you need it to sell, but it's real easy to list on zillow yourself. I would recommend professional photos. Shoot 2 sell is a good service.

There are also some services that will put you on MLS for a flat fee. Just be prepared to pay the full 3% commission for the buyer's agent.

First Ward is right across I-10 and is pretty much completely yuppified now. You can find three story town homes in the mid 300s.
