Kevin Dinkel with Advantage Services....I think it was about $300 or so.

Yes, I used him in November 2007. Nice guy, took the time to talk to me about some things he found after the report was issued that I wasn't clear on. I think he did a very thorough job.

Frank Messina with Inspection Connection. Usd him a couple months ago. Should only cost you a couple hundred compared to what he charged me per square footage.

Ron Morrison. You will pay a little bit more, but its the best investment you will ever have. The guy did everything imaginable and I am serious. He checked water temperatures, got on the roof, even commented on the neighbors yard not being mowed. He wrote a 58 page report outlining everything needing to be done and he got us some money back.

Hey Im an inspector and Iwould do it for $275. I'm a code inspector for DPW and a home inspector.As far as a 58 page report that sounds a little excessive; everything he did he was suppose to do. Mine average about 25 with digital photos. The price should coincide with the size of the house i.e. (sq.ft.) Chuck 225-439-9616 or odchuck@hotmail.com

Yeah I was thinking about using Ron,,, but didn't know anyone who had used him,,, I spoke with the Home Inspectors board and they gave me a list,,, he was on it.

We used Ron twice. He is extremely thorough and his reports are a good reference to look back at later.
