I am re-evaluating my target sell price of $20. I’d really hate to sell at $20 and this thing shoot to moon, but I also don’t want a BB scenario where I buy at $8, it shoots to $20 then falls back to $9 for months on end. Sell 1/3 at $20 and ride the rest to the moon?
Dave Portnoy is on Fox Business right now. He was asked about GME and if he still held it. He said, unfortunately no. He said "I had paper hands, and now I really regret it."

IMO, $20 is where it will eventually settle after the squeeze, and everything is back to normal. In the meantime, a much higher price is almost certain.

Almost certain? I am not flaming at all and I own about 200 shares at $12.50, so I am just glad to finally see daylight again. I'm a novice investor and don't mean to offend anyone, but just curious as to how you can be so confident it's going 3 figures.

Is my last post, the first post of mine you've read? I've laid it out many times.

BTW, You'll probably be in the green by the bell.

LOL! That dip wasn't from retail. Remember what I said about the options set to expire Friday, next Friday, and the next Friday.

Shareholder meeting is coming. All outstanding share are to be accounted for. There are some really desperate folks out there, with multi-billions on the line. Expect them to pull out all the stops. Wonder why GME and AMC dropped at almost exactly the same time? Think retail investors all had the same thought, at the same time, with no news? I guess the naïve person thinks that's what happened.

The pros are panicking.

GameStop Corp. shares Wednesday were on track for their highest closing price in history and their longest winning streak since the videogame retailer’s stock became the poster child for Reddit-inspired investment frenzies, but a sudden plunge in the share price and a trading halt clouded the picture around midday.

Just in case anyone missed the big news. The official float was announced afterhours during the earning report. What does that mean? THERE'S A shite-TON OF NAKED SHORTS THAT WILL HAVE TO BUY BEFORE CLOSE TOMMOROW!!! I'm talking hundreds of millions! If caught with a phantom shares, we are talking extremely, highly illegal. Pound me in the arse, federal prison!

So buckle up, if you thought today was a wild ride, you haven't seen nothing yet!

Yeah, I guess we’ll see. I’ll believe it when I hit sell and my shares are worth $500 each.

The tough thing is, not selling when it hits $100!

I once held some bitcoin when it was under $5000. I sold it when, making a tiny profit. I think about that a lot.

Yeah, that’ll be tough. Real tough. I want it on record saying I don’t think we’ll see $100, but I do need to have a target price in mind that I’ll sell at. I’m selling half at $50 for sure. But I don’t think we’ll see that.

Why would you sell half at $50? Let’s say it gets to $60, put a stop loss in at $50 for half so if it doesn’t go any higher and comes back down, you still sell half at that price but if it continues to rise you are still fully in.

My plan is to just keep resetting the stop loss as it rises (it’ll be far below the current price). That way I’m not out some shares if, and it’s a big if, it gets to $500 but still taking significant profits if it gets to say $75, tops out and comes back to $50

You aren't concerned about ladder attacks with that strategy? Seems like GME and AMC have one of those every week. Heck looked like one happened today.

I’m just telling it to the guy that wants to sell half at $50. I’m not putting a stop loss in unless it’s a very significant gain. I’m just saying for him, if it hits $50 instead of selling half at that point, put a stop loss in. He would still get his half @ $50 if it drops but if it races up, he will be fine.

I’m partially saying this because I was in on GME for less than $50, sold at $51 when it was bouncing back and forth between $40-$53 in order to try and turn a small profit then buy back in the mid 40s. 1 hr after I sold is when it started running up, closed at $91 and hit near $200 after hrs. Just 4 hrs after I sold.

I hope I have time to watch it tomorrow. I kept my eye on it today but it was all adieu about nothing. If tomorrow’s the day, we’ll celebrate and light cigars with $100’s.

Let’s hope the penny stock commenter above is more wrong than I am.
