Absolutely zero chance Amazon is buying AMC at these prices, so you do not need to worry about it. If there was any chance Amazon was going to buy them, the share price would be substantially lower.

Whether or not you buy AMC is a personal choice, but to do anything because of a 2% dilution is a bit ridiculous.

Yup. Don’t know if we passed the peak but those shares won’t be the difference.

Would have been more than 10% dilution less than year ago...
I like how they keep warning longs in their share fillings. Basically telling them we will dilute further, dont sue us later.

That’s fine, but where is this manipulation people are implying?
The media reported on the Mudrick investment on Tuesday and it was viewed positively around here. Now that the stock had a rough morning people are calling the report today manipulation? Seems a bit illogical.

This is unprecedented. I’ve never seen a company put this in a prospectus (I’m taking Yahoo Finance’s word here; haven’t actually read the prospectus myself:
