How do you earn BTC when mining?
Staking = mining.
It’s really not that hard man.
Do you understand these terms though? Because the official HEX website its neither but a combination of the two while doing neither. Proof of wait. (soon TM)
Here is how you mint HEX. You give them ETH and they give you some HEX....
LINK /
So this is what happens. You trade some ETH for HEX. You then lock up your HEX and depending on your time period, it mints new HEX. Half goes to OA and the other half gets distributed to stakers based on their terms.
They can say its like mining but it isnt.

Please read page 3 again in its entirety. You are confused on several points made in this post.

You got a link for your claim?
Posted on 9/15/21 at 12:29 pm to JayDeerTay84
The only new coins being in Hex go to the Stakers. Those coins are minted at maturity of your stake. No knew coins go to the OA. Half EES do.

When you mine, you get paid in BTC, then you SELL it if you want. (Same thing for hex but replace mining with staking).
It’s really not that hard man.
bro its nothing like hex. i have asked you these same questions for a almost 6 months now.
staking is not mining. mining is actually solving the math question to release new bitcoin. Bitcoin has a finite amount. It is used for many purposes and essentially is a currency.
i get other tikens and what they are for etc. but wtf are they developing the hex blockchain for?
just seems like a pyramid scheme. but in the end i am all about something you can make money on, which i think hex is fine for that, but i still dont get any of its purpose unless you are saying its just another currency and its own blockchain. in that case...wtf ever, essentially useless other than short term plays imo.

The specific page or verbiage. Not a link to the entire textbook.

No such thing as a hex blockchain. Have no idea where you got that from.

You think RH is faking us out because he doesn’t take medicine for his skin? Stay out of the thread if you aren’t going to bring anything of value. You get a hard on talking anything negative about crypto. It’s played out

No doubt he’s trolling. No doubt.
You linked a page that says nothing like what you said.

You read it then made a claim. Prove it.

quote:My response to you was more pointing out that there are other investments out there that cannot purchase tangible items too so why would HEX (or any other coin) need to be able to be spent to have value. I own zero HEX FWIW so I'm not picking a fight defending it.
I came here for legitimate questions. I’m not trying to tear anyone down but this thread just looks like people wanted to fight over HEX.

Here is what I do.
I mine ETH and convert it all to BTC.
I do some farming on BSC (pancakeswap).
I have 5-6 tokens I rotate in for trading: ADA, SOL, VET, MATIC, Aave.
The Idea of Hex sounds great but I dont think I can get over the OA address and Richards answers to that.
I 100% understand I am invested in projects with risks and no crypto I am in is perfect, expect BTC of course!

I agree. I think Richard is an artist personally. This whole thing he's created is art.
