Super close to Boulder, better wear a mask upon entry, $650k...but you get a .36 acre lot.

And the pundits say there isn't a housing problem/bubble.

Prime areas in Denver and Boulder have $1m lot values. $650k for a tear down not far from town seems about right.

It's Denver. Their market can easily support that as a tear down and rebuild.

Why tear it down, damage isn't that bad. It'll be fixed and relisted by spring.

Nothing a little paint and carpet won't fix.

No doubt, looked like it took a long time to evict somebody. Our former long term neighbors in ATL bought a 3 story townhouse in Louisville ~ 3 years ago for $610k. I will take our place here in Santa Fe way over what they got but there are many things I like about CO.

Meh, that's nothing.

Punch in zip code 83001 and look for the trailer on No Name St going for nearly 2 million. Definitely not the house but the land but still....this is the bullshite we're dealing with up here in Jackson.

There's only 2 listings for under a million here and they're for 644 Sq ft and 832 square ft apartments.

That’s dirt value of the land. House is a tear down. That listing isn’t indicative of a bubble because you aren’t buying it for the house it is for the land.
