Would love to have an attorney read through the contract but I’m not sure who would be the best type to contact.
Note to self: Maybe I should get a lawyer to read my contracts before I sign them.

Brother, if this guy had the secret to YouTube automation he would just do it himself over and over again and make infinite money.

What is ungating though?

Amazon has "gates" around some product categories for quality control. Ungated means anyone can set up and freely sell (inexpensive commodities), partially gated takes a bit more effort, and gated is usually high ticket or rare-ish stuff.

Health and personal care is "partially gated" meaning you have to do a bit of work before Amazon will let you sell. Feels like selling into a gated category is a key part of their scam.

I hate that for you. Ive been selling on Amazon for years now & I haven't seen any of these automation businesses that are legit. They take your money & create a store where they engage in dropshipping which is against Amazon's TOS. Their reviews eventually get so bad that the account gets suspended & you're left holding the bag.

Honestly, you're lucky - I've seen people lose $50k-$60k to these scam artists.

This is the first lie they told you. Getting ungated is ridiculously easy. Its simply a matter of sending an invoice w pics of your inventory.

Someone who I thought I could trust was selling Ecom automation services so I bought in.
