NVX is up 175% since 9/12. (The day I borrowed Meka's DD on page 1 and bought).

Did you hold your WWR?
Posted on 10/10/25 at 11:46 am to TDFreak
I did. Which is consistent with me. I have a habit of holding stocks long term. Is it about to take off like NVX--which I added because of this thread?
What are the odds it and FGPHF go pop?

I am so glad to read this! It motivates me to share more information

I left NOVONIX in early 2024 (my NDA expired in February 2025), below were the buildout plans at that time. I am not sure if these are still the current plans due to the canceling of DoE grants and loans, however in light of the tariffs and other export restrictions we have seen lately it may be relevant.
Riverside Facility:
1) Current Buildout
a. Two Furnaces (30 kg)
b. One Mill
c. Agglomerator - adds pitch to the green pet coke
d. Calciners
i. One installed 2024
ii. Three more on order
iii. RTO will control (look into the potential to control sulfur compounds)
e. Production by end of
i. 2024 - 3,000 metric tons
ii. 2025 - 5,000 metric tons
iii. 2026 20,000 metric tons
2) Future Buildout
a. Two additional Furnaces permitted (40 kg) for 2025
b. By 2026 34 additional (80 kg) furnaces (total 42 furnaces)
i. Emission Control
1) Scrubber 99.99% control efficiency for Sulfur
2) Hydrogen Cyanide 99.98% efficiency
New Facility (Enterprise South):
1) Former Army Munition Facility in North Chattanooga next to VW
2) Phase I will be +60 Furnaces, covered rail loading and 4-6 calciners, generators (?) (potentially three times bigger than Riverside) Phase II will be additional +70
3) Will purchase by end of 2024 and break ground 2025
4) Major source for CO at a minimum, potential for HCN

I am not sure about WWR, maybe some decent gains but I honestly believe that First Graphene will go absolutely nuts. Their primary market will be cement production. Be ready for more news to hit on other cement trials and then hold-on for the markets to really catch on as some of the smaller cement producers begin implementing graphene into their products in-order to set themselves apart from the big producers. Once those smaller guys get the attention the big cement producers will jump on board and we will all be happy folks!

Black Swan has a new production method.
BSWGF
Black Swan Graphene announced that they have ordered a next-generation production unit, specifically the GEA Ariete 3160 high-pressure homogeniser, developed in collaboration with GEA Group.

It will be installed at their existing facility located at Thomas Swan & Co. Ltd. in Consett, United Kingdom.

Their current annual production capacity is about 40 tonnes of graphene (nanoplatelets) and with this new system they aim to raise capacity to about 140 tonnes per annum—more than triple the current capacity.

The site/installation uses existing infrastructure at Thomas Swan’s facility, which reduces the lead-time and capital expenditure for the expansion.
Graphene Info
The production system is part of their industrial scale-up strategy, positioning them among larger graphene producers globally.

?? Why this matters
Scale of production is a major bottleneck in graphene and advanced materials industries. By increasing capacity from ~40 t to ~140 t per year, Black Swan may be able to (in principle) serve larger industrial customers rather than only niche/early-stage uses.
The fact that they are installing the system in an existing facility with infrastructure is positive from a risk perspective (less new build, lower infrastructure risk) versus building a brand-new plant from scratch.
It signals that Black Swan is moving beyond “lab/pilot” scale toward “commercial/industrial” scale—a key milestone in these types of materials companies.
The system itself (GEA Ariete 3160) is described as a “modular, scalable high-pressure homogeniser … tailored to Black Swan’s proprietary specifications” for producing graphene nanoplatelets.

It underpins their strategy around their product line called GEM™ (“Graphene Enhanced Masterbatch”) for polymers, coatings, composites etc. Quantities matter for those markets.

Just on a side note…who TF would name their company Black Swan?

CLEARLY because Stellantis sees that HGRAF pure graphene will be worth waiting for...

Bump:
Nice pop today from First Graphene. I took a small position (25K shares) when it was sub $0.07, now today it's playing with 0.09. Anyone see any news?

I threw a few hundred at them just because I like owning thousands of shares of something.
Now waiting for them to go global.
