from where?
if it is from ebay or amzn, just check your accounts to see if there is activity on your part.
It could be someone simply put in a wrong address and you are getting someone else stuff.

Also, why not just freeze your credit and when you need it take the minute to unfreeze it and then refreeze it when you're done? That's what I do
