Is the tiger droppings share holder block voting “for” on these two proposals? Sounds like we have to for the Stonepeak and Evolve transaction to proceed.

Yes we are voting for it.

Nice!
I closed my sold $22 calls for under $1 last week - that was sweet

Yep nothing like shaving your cost basis off by $1/share with almost no risk...

Anyone have any insights into this bipartisan infrastructure bill related to whether or not NVVE would benefit?
I see a line items listing $15 billion for Electric Vehicles - Infrastructure and buses/transit and $73 billion for power infrastructure. I haven’t seen a detailed breakdown of what both of these include though.

The $ that really move the needle for NVVE would be the $ the bill allocates to converting the school bus fleet to electric.

General - you mentioned in another thread you did some trimming of NVVE. You still holding to your thesis?
I am trimming a little too but still am long and strong.

Yes, still very committed. But I overallocated on the dip to $8 so lightened up a bit after it mooned as it was a very high % of my portfolio at that point. It’ll be a $30+ stock within a year or so.

10% dip on no news that I can find. Anyone know what the deal is?

Any thoughts on earnings release?
Just listening to call now... more of a 'story' quarter then anything

Yeah I expected this for Q2... not expecting huge revenues until Q2 2022. Contracts will take time to materialize into revenues. I’d be buying NVVE before SLI at the current price level of each.

You mentioned a few months ago that you thought warrants were a better bargain than actual shares at that point - still the case?
Posted on 8/12/21 at 10:46 pm to Lightning
I’d say that my opinion on that has changed a little towards commons. Thought about this a lot and with commons you can earn extra income on your shares through writing covered calls and doing fully paid lending. And with warrants you lose the ability to determine when the taxable event occurs. So I think at this juncture commons are a better bet in your brokerage account while in other tax advantaged accounts, it’s probably a draw between commons and warrants.

Well, I’ve wanted to make another move in electric vehicle industry and chose this one with you. In for 20 shares. I’m no millionaire like you.

Any thoughts on an entry point here?

Anything sub $10 is great, sub $11 is very good.

Anything driving today's action - I know it is risk on day but this is over performing.
