Economist Peter Schiff
Please take that term very loosely. He's more of a scam artist than an economist.

my prediction is until republicans man up and start having 8-10 kids per family, we will never see another republican president and by 2030 we will be at 50%+ tax brackets and 20% unemployment.....a la a few european nations. That's the goal though right? Europe is the system we seek to become?

Which economists are not scam artists? Any economists not looking for the money?

Perhaps the ones who are actually trained in economics?
At least that would be a good place to start, were one to seek the title, "Economist".

Economics is such a bullshite soft science that you really shouldn't take any of the Money Talk "experts" serious on this topic.
Peter Schiff has forgotten more about economics than these "experts" have ever known, combined.
That being said, Schiff has been predicting a pretty major crash for a few years now. And he's routinely laughed at for it.
The same thing happened with the 2008 crisis.
Will he be right? Who knows. Maybe, maybe not. But it's pretty ignorant to dismiss what he has to say simply because of who he is.
The hive mind of this board is interesting, to say the least. I'm still trying to figure out the dynamics, but it looks to me like a big circle jerk of dinosaurs. JMHO.

Did Peter call the market rebound to new highs?
I could be wrong but I think he has been predicting a collapse for a few years now. And the economy is cyclic so he may be right soon.

I was worried about you Wiki. Are you going to respond to the other thread?

I plan on it but you'll just be disappointed anyway.

Why? I'm not trying to convince your beliefs one way or the other, I'm just trying to provide information you may or may not know and spur conversation.

Even a broken clock is right 2x a time.
This guy is a clown and scamming people based off of fear(That's why his stuff is published in 2nd rate financial publications like Forbes). He probably has some nice day time infomercials on Fox News as well.

As wiki said, everyone made fun of him when he and others warned about the housing bubble getting ready to burst.
Monopoly money printed has never nor will it ever work.

Wiki supports Schiff, now I really doubt his credibility.

Link?
I pretty sure I simply said that he was right about 2008 and that he may or may not be right with his current predictions.
FWIW, I much prefer Kyle Bass to Schiff for info when I research this kind of stuff.

You're as terrible and incompetent on this board as the others. You have never posted here and have no idea what we were saying. You're just an awful and unbearable troll.

I can predict now without a doubt that the sun will burn out one day. I will be correct one day.
