Why would NCLH halt at $17.20?

Have to check into that when I get home. Not one of the stocks I was watching.

Guilt as crap on the greed in the pass. This is someone that day trades. Yes, learn the hard way and paid for that.

Bought NEM a week ago at $47.97 Sold it this morning ay $49.97. Will buy again, but my strike price is going to be below $44.

Should I be looking to buy anything now or should I wait for a drop?

Are you planning on cashing out in a few weeks? This is a long investors dream. You've already seen where these stocks will go just a few months ago.

Isn't that enough incentive to buy now?

Pretty confident the bottom was 18,500 on the Dow. Once big money plows back in (which has happened) the market sets a new level which I believe to be 22-24k and waits on news. If a 3.2 million jobless number rallies the market then you are in for a rude awakening if you are sitting on cash. The market is a forward looking indicator and it priced in a much worse outcome than 3.2 million jobless, which tells me that it oversold and you probably shouldn't try to time the market if you are in cash. I will give you another hint why...

Fed pumped over 1 trillion in in a matter of weeks (2008 it was over 9 months)

Stimulus 2 trillion instantly (2008 it took over a year to equal that much stimulus)

Lower gas prices means cheaper travel when this ends

Just a thought.

Went with Microsoft Friday and it's been creeping back up since. Was going to wait for it to fall back down some before purchasing more. Decided to go ahead and buy now anyways because I may miss a big leap when all is said and done.

And understand you want that positive slope of the "bottom" you are watching.

Other than additional stimulus $ or Trump opening the country back up earlier than expected.. the positive news wad was shot today.

The true boom is going to come once the country has this virus figured out and more manageable. That is a ways off.

Do NOT make the mistake of thinking that any of us are pros. We're just (anonymous) people with opinions. Some of us may trade more (or less) than others here. But your chances of picking a stock and being right are the same as any of ours: 50/50.

Agree with this. I've been buying lately and up nicely but as most have said i cant see this holding. Just not rich enough to buy the big boys : fedex, visa , boeing
i am trying to have a splt portfolio though . i own everything now from tech, airline, oil etcc the only thing i havent bought is banks for fear of alot of BK and defaults on loans from businesses down the road same could be said for airlines i guess. This is the most Stocks i have ever owned
