Why do you think Donald Trump has an opinion I should care about on this matter?
I don’t think Bitcoin is competing against the dollar in any meaningful sense so I’m not sure what to even say about his argument.

I don’t have to buy a dollar then hope someone else in the future is willing to buy my dollar for more than I paid in order for that dollar to provide me value. Dollars buy anything I ever want. Super efficient way to transact in goods and services. Yeah, it depreciates over time, that’s why you don’t hoard cash like bitcoiners like to hoard Bitcoin. You keep some cash for emergencies and invest the rest in equities, real estate, etc.
Simple as this: would you rather hoard digital tokens or own businesses and tangible assets like land?
