DIY payroll site

Anyone have any websites that they suggest for managing payroll yourself? We're talking about 6-8 employees. TIA.

we use netcheck, we have not had any big problems

after being in the industry many years ago, NetChex is the best "local" company to use.

If you truly want to manage it yourself, and you are already using Quickbooks, I would look at their payroll options.

I'm using Gusto now and pretty happy with it.

I use When I Work. GREAT website and App for scheduling and for payroll. I highly recommend it!!

I have used intuit online payroll for years. it is stand alone. or you can use it with quicken if you want.

I had a colleague have some problems with the Quickbooks Payroll, specifically with the quarterly payroll tax filings.
Personally, even with just 7 employees I'd outsource the payroll. So much easier.

QB payroll is pretty easy and cheap. Like 2 bucks per employee per month.

We use Springahead. You can do Payroll and expense reports. It also interfaces with quickbooks.
