Also, Standard CEO in last earnings call:
“I’m quite confident we’re gonna get a positive outcome with respect to the Arkansas royalty by the end of the second quarter of this year.”
After the hearing next week, there isn’t another el Dorado hearing before the end of the second quarter. So one of these 3 must be true
1. CEO is gaslighting us
2. Royalty won’t be heard in el Dorado like usual but at another hearing location in Q2
3. Royalty will be heard in el Dorado at a special hearing that isn’t on the calendar yet (I think they’ve done this before)

This is unreal the administration hasnt curb stomped the AOGC, especially after China just suspended all rare earth mineral exports to us.

This is what I've been told. I was told this last July as well though. The source is good, but there are many variables. I don't think anyone expected the landowners to be such a pain in the arse.

I bought in a $12.08 or some shite like that.
I may buy a couple hundred worth just to get my average down from $12.08
