As of now, I've lost the faith. Big money is lining up with competitive positions in the smackover that I believe will be just as lucrative on top of beating them to the punch. If there's a run up back to 2.50, I'll look to unload. Mainly sick at how long my capitol has been tied up with this.

Over the last couple years I'd be snatching up a couple shares here and there as it falls but this pull back I've been sitting this one out..... as of now. But this thread always pulls me back in like a crazy ex girlfriend

Until we get royalties set, I'm afraid we're at a standstill. I REALLY thought they were going to get set last time. There is a ton of money setting on the sideline waiting to go once they're set. Also seeing the current lithium glut is supposed to last until 2028, so there isn't a rush to get to production, but it'd be nice to see some progress. Unfortunately, there isn't a whole lot SLI can do concerning the royalties. I know they will hurt and piss off more people if they can't work out reasonable royalties v. a few landowners. I understand the landowners trying to get theirs, but I don't think they realize that it's not a sure thing and they may very well get jack shite.

All Standard can do without a royalty is (hopefully) finalize the grant, announce the East Texas details, and go to conferences.
Meanwhile the other players in the region can do alllllllll the development work that Standard has already done before needing a royalty. Standard suffers the most from the royalty stalemate.

No kidding, my average is about the same.
Using the outdated SWA preliminary feasibility study (need the definitive feasibility study), I don't see a reason to sell before $4.21. CEO recently insinuated that a royalty decision before mid 25 would keep first production on track for their 2027-28 target. If the royalty isn't in before mid 25, I'll reassess then.
Also this price target uses some conservative SWA assumptions and doesn't give any value to Phase 1A or East Texas.
