I can’t see that kind of burn rate on one of those trucks. You’re getting into QE 2 consumption range.

That's a article. Nice, simple, easy for the layman to understand article.
We need lots more like that.
Breaker breaker, how about ya FeMike?
Breaker, breaker, how about ya SmackoverHawg?
How y'all are?

It's a long way down and a long way back up.

One of these new drilling permits is for SLI, as Arkansas Lithium Corp is its subsidiary. Somethin!
The hearing app for the Tetra permit didn't reference SLI so I don't know if they'll be connected on this project like they are for the Southwest Arkansas Project or not.
(Also awaiting the returns of FeMike and SmackoverHawg)

Anyone taking a chance on Tetra?

A search of Cass County TX property records displayed 35 records for Cass County Brine LLC. Quietly acquiring options to purchase brine leases until the recent PR.

How did you find these? I'm getting nothing when I search the Harris Govern "Cass CAD - Property Search" site that shows up first on Google.

Is anyone planning to tune in for the annual general shareholders meeting on Tuesday at noon?

I am. I got out of SLI, after the Mintak stuff.
With Tetra I view things as way less binary, and you ultimately get a cash flowing business.

I was in with no problem. If I had seen your post sooner, I would have linked how I got in.
My 2 takeaways from the q&a:
1. While they wouldn't specifically answer a lady's question about the progress on the DFS, Mintak reiterated elsewhere that they still expect it to be ready in this 2Q.
2. Construction is expected to take 2 years so the target to begin production on the Lanxess (first) project is end2025-begin2026.

That is quite a long time for a small unit that already has all the utilities and brine extraction. Hopefully they can fast track the design and construction to speed this process up.(overlap design and construction) With 100 mil in the bank, theoretically they could have cut PO's for long lead time items before full funding has been granted.
Below was my predicted timeline that I posted 9 months ago. I still feel pretty confident in the model.

For a 170MM project- my calculator shows the following. This is a super generic calculator, but the key dates it spits out are:
Construction start: 7-Oct-2023
Startup :26-Feb-2025
IF most of TIC is material related, this can be sucked in considerably. Also since there was a test plant, maybe the scaling will take minimal time. But who knows.
The calculator was putting way too much time on Project definition,m so i modified the start date on it to align to what we were told.
Model Predicted Schedule Start Finish Duration
Project Definition 1-Jan-2022 17-Apr-2023 15.5
Detailed Engineering 4-Apr-2023 19-Jun-2024 14.5
Procurement 11-Feb-2023 17-Oct-2024 20.2
Construction 7-Oct-2023 26-Feb-2025 16.7
Startup 26-Feb-2025 9-May-2025 2.4
Execution Duration 4-Apr-2023 26-Feb-2025 22.8
Total Cycle Time 1-Jan-2022 9-May-2025 40.3
Construction/Engineering Overlap (% of Engineering Duration) 58%

SLI needs its DFS or another proof of concept run to shore up confidence.

Based on track record, I can see why Mintak has an 8.82% Against vote, but does anyone have an idea why the COO, Dr. Andrew Robinson, is about twice as disliked as Mintak at 15.24%? And what do we know about this Anthony Alvaro fellow, who boasts a 44.02% Against vote?

IDK anything about him, but on their website it says "Anthony Alvaro is a co-founder of Standard Lithium. With over two decades experience in international capital markets, he has played active roles in wealth management, corporate finance, institutional sales, M&A, venture capital and private equity. Mr. Alvaro has a passion for assisting companies navigate from the private sector to the public markets and has raised over $500 million for companies across multiple industry sectors. He has held executive and board positions with multiple public and private companies."

When I see statements about an Exec's experience with companies that remain nameless, I take that as a negative.
