I will revisit for sure. After taking a step back, I think the tech is there, is it a scaling issue?

Looks to me that it was a JV and Lanxess deal issue. Thank goodness, Koch came in.

Dont jinx it brah. SLI is like the groundhog. If you make too much noise it will go back in its hole!

Do we have a guess why it’s going up

My guess is short covering after the overall market rise pulled SLI up with it causing short covering. I had some $5 Puts that I thought may exercise tomorrow and some $7.50 CC's for tomorrow that may not be as safe as I thought yesterday.

I don't think they were getting the financial or intellectual help to scale up and refine the process once the SiFT and LiSTR were both in place. Lanxess decided to spend it's money on revenue producing projects rather than spend more developing the tech. They can still profit and limited their downside. SLI gets to move forward with a better partner and can greatly increase their potential profits with only a slight ownership dilution.

Apparently Lanxess is a chemical that is primed for lithium extraction to its portfolio. No mention of SLI, but do they ever.

I shouldn't spent $250k at the bargain price of $6.75 on Blue Orca day. Gonna ride it out though. Just going to take awhile.

Since they own over 7 million shares, I'm sure they have to be careful not to violate any regulations on what they say. Just because they are producing it doesn't mean SLI will be successful. So many things can get you in trouble with the SEC.

I wouldn't think so. No way SLI lets them have access to their tech and numbers but allows a way for them to steal it and profit. But it is a way for Lanxess to profit from SLI in addition to their options on the lithium.

So we are switching to the El Gaucho play? shite on it in hope it hears us and rallies some self dignity and regains it $10 price tag again?

At this point I am game for anything.

I can't say. It may jinx a reverse jinx if that were what I was trying, but I don't think reverse jinx's work on floundering, woke lithium companies that I can duplicate with an erector set and chemistry set from JCPenney's 1983 Christmas catalog.
