I’d like to think that’s being drawn up in an analysts report currently.
It wouldn’t benefit them to have the price driven up before they can put a buy on it and start pushing it out to clients.

Morgan Stanley has approx $6M in Piedmont and approx $8M invested in SLI
Van eck, $12M in Piedmont and and $50M in SLI.
Koch still has its original share count at over 13M shares.
The institutional investor count is now up to 92, added a couple this week.

I swear someone said (on Feb 3) that there was gonna be a pre mkt call on the 18th. I dunno, maybe I dreamed it after that big short report came out though.
