Yeah I'm not sure if we'll get a response this time as they already responded to the Blue Orca stuff, and most of the other stuff is Mintak specific. The main SLI specific "new" short stuff is on the patents.

How do they spend 5 million on pr if their pr is so garbage
Posted on 2/3/22 at 12:48 pm to el Gaucho
my guess is the CNBC ads made up a good chunk of the $5M

How do we get in the lawsuit again?

I loaded up another 338 shares earlier this AM also attempting to average back down. Hope you are wrong about this $3 share price.

Just broke $5.50... not looking like a big recovery by EOD like it had with the Blue Orca hit piece.

SLI isn't just Mintak. They have a very solid team based on the resumes and experience that I've seen. I hope they respond with a giant arse kicking.

“Koch spokesperson Christin Fernandez disagreed, saying the company "conducted extensive due diligence and found Standard Lithium's technology a promising bright spot on the path towards lithium production here in the U.S."

SLI and FB neck and neck for biggest decliner today...
Throw the damn towel, yikes might go sub $5 by close at this rate.

This is a very ugly sell off today. Usually you can find some support this low, but it hasn’t today. A drop like this because of a short report would require a press release imo.

I don’t think mintak is gonna say anything
He’s probably packing a bag to escape since he got found out

Not much in the SLI response other than saying “this report isn’t true”.
But honestly, what can they respond to? They commented on the patents which I still have to deep dive into. And they commented on the R&D spend which was exactly what I assumed. They categorized that under pilot plant operations.
Everything else in the article was just personal attacks at Mintak and a reference to the already debunked conversion rate attack from the Orca article.
This report is honestly weak.
I think Hindenburg may have bitten off more than they can chew doing this one and attacking Koch. SEC may be about to get involved with them.

Press report felt kinda weak

I agree. I thought their response to the Blue Orca report (which I thought was meh) was stronger than their response here.
