i think the story of Grintak is one of redemption. he loved red so much, but on Christmas morn, the Grintak came down from his ivory tower in the snow covered mountains of Vancouver and gave all the good children of southern arkansas gifts of great joy...the stonk grew $.03 the first trading day after Christmas. He showed them with gifts of potted meat.

Any of y’all voting against any of the measures proposed?
I.e are any of the 6 directors the supposed “insider” smackover was talking about that we should consider removing

I think it’s been red these last few days because Elon musk tried to visit the plant yesterday but mintak wouldn’t let him in without a mask

Not an "insider" and have no clue about board of directors.
But adding Frank Fannon as a strategic advisor was a good move. Check him and his company, Fannon Global Advisors. He was an executive with Murphy Oil in El Dorado and is connected politically and financially. I can see him being the one to help SLI and Koch meet.
Berl was the one that tracked down Cramer as the NYSE and got SLI highlighted on Mad Money.

Like what? I miss something?
Lanxess still on board with first commercial build out and had already budgeted it in when they said they weren't making any major investments anytime soon. The rest is still being negotiated.

You misunderstood. I wasn’t calling you the insider, I was asking if any of those people were the insider you were referring to in a previous post. The one that you said you would get out

This is what I was referring. Asking if any of the 6 directors could be insider for Shorts. I doubt it, just thought I’d ask so I could vote no if there was a chance of it

I got an email for a January meeting to vote on 5 proposals. It was to have 6 directors, then vote for or against each director, vote for an audit company, vote for stock option package, vote for incentive deals

Nothing new. Everyone at Lanxess and SLI I know are very positive and seem to have no concerns about current share price.
As far as board of directors and other insiders, there hasn't been any selling of shares, but we all know you can use an intermediary. Could be a high level employee. May just be coincidence.
Lending goes to zero and we get some PR and price goes up. Lending at 100%? Drop coming soon. Of course Van Eck could manipulate it alot with the volume they have. Catch it during a lull or slump, dump a million shares tanking the price and triggering stop losses, then buy back cheaper.
