I know it hurts. But this looks like a classic "oversold" situation. Average volume is a little less than 2mm shares per day and today's volume is 9.5mm at 1PM Eastern Time.
I'm buying more. Do I think it "deserved" to go down today? Yes. Do I think it warrants a 25% drop in a half day of trading? Lol.

To mitigate risk and protect myself. I'd like to set it at a specific amount to sell if it were to dip low enough, probably around $5.60-ish. What kind of order is that again? Would it be a sell market, sell stop market, or sell stop limit?

Yea, I have a hard time believing Mintak would go on Madmoney to promote SLI if he know the whole company was full of shite. This is fishy as hell and anyone can file a lawsuit.

This stock has such a strict daily pattern even in days like today .. Lunch getting close to being over, on the way back up.
Regardless of how you feel about short report, I think there's a dead cat bounce in order to some extent, such a massive move down. After that who knows; still months away from a JV most likely, don't know what's going to come to sooth the weak hands that were looking at this like a quick buck. I need to make it to mid JAN for long term gains on substantial amount of shares. Holding for now.
So, after PEA, I've:
10/13 Sold 100 @ 9.65
10/15 Sold 100 @ 11.06
11/18 Bought 100 @ 8.80
11/18 bought 100 @ 7.66
Now 3.3k @ $4.76
