Smack.. wanted to get your opinion on FTSSF. U mentioned finding some diamonds in the rough and i thought this one might be a good one to look at.

Can you imagine the sell off if it was thought they'd be jacking up the capital gains next year. frickers will probably do it at the very end of the year and make it retroactive.

Have looked at it a little when looking for domestic cobalt options. Seems like the Canadians are all over the EV raw materials. I've been trying to find cobalt levels in Smackover brine. Not sure if the levels are high enough to warrant extraction.
But when Mintak said in a podcast that Lithium is what they are focused on now, it got my attention. I've been told that once "they" are done with the brine it'll be equal to tap water. That's not a stated fact anywhere and could be someone's conjecture. But if it is true, it means they will be extracting many marketable minerals from the brine. Sodium, magnesium, sulphur and others. Lanxess is re-opening their pharmaceutical site. Not sure what or when, but that's the plan. Tetra was a sodium plant. Made road salt and shite.

Could the delay of earnings be related somehow to Lanxess? Lanxess will report on Thursday November 4th followed by an investor relations call later that day.
Just thinking....
Could be. Good catch. Didn't notice the date of Lanxess's report.

I'm curious to see what will happen if they show no earnings. Could be a juicy buying opportunity. Of course, it could go the other way.
I think analysts projected earnings are like -$.21/share. So, technically zero earnings would smash estimates. The hope for revenue is just that based on a few things, but it could also be from capital raised in last December offering.

Annual financials ended June 30th 2021 are up on SEDAR now, looks like they were posted October 22nd. Loss of $.21 (Canadian dollars) per share with close to half of that being amortization of the pilot plant. Cash on hand of about $28M.

Have to think 6/3/21 financials are non-event. Had no expectation of anything.
9/30 would be curious on any minor revenue from sifting, South American conversion etc…. But not at 6/30/21.
And those 930 revenues would be to minimus but it be interesting to see anyways
