I’m euphoric. I’m telling my people anything below $10, throw as much as you feel comfortable at it, but you may only get one shot. Time to sell one of these kidneys.

If anyone comes to El Do check out the Smackover oil n brine museum , it is history that is repeating itself in our time with this project! Maybe they will put y’all pics on plack or a bust! Oh the pioneers of 2022
Wait just a bit though. They are repairing equipment. It's better when everything is running. It is a really nice museum. Only elevator in town. Talked to the director today. We discussed the need to add a lithium section before too long. He just moved here and said he feels like he may get to live the new lithium boom. As a history buff, he was ecstatic about being part of writing a new chapter and collecting things for futures generations to view and enjoy.
ETA-Hell, us, SLI and Musk need to fund the lithium addition.

That dip didnt come....
....and that's perfectly fine with me.

I’m about to sell half of my Roth holdings and swap it

I'm telling them anything under $30 is a bargain.

SLI's tech can be used on other brine resources elsewhere in the world.
This is actually the thing that got me started investing in STLHF earlier this year around $3. It's the differentiator.
At the time I imagined a company like ALB acquiring them but now I see very lucrative partnerships in their future.
Anyway, hi folks.

Damn Smack you’re making me want to put the other 20% of my play money into SLI.
At least 10% on SLI from me.

For example, 85% of my portfolio is in one stock.
When I sell that one, I’ll be tempted to continue hitting home runs.

Yeah the problem with that strategy is you can get five winners in a row but you get that one loser and then it’s game over. Going to diversify quite a bit after this one, but with a lot more chips in my stack hopefully. So you’re 85% in AUPH?

I am rounding up some cash just in case of a pullback (which i doubt will come unless i buy monday morning??). I was close to getting a home equity loan to go in big when it was at 5$. Probably not the wisest move but man i wish.

I guess I never really thought about a risky penny stock (such as STLHF) for a ROTH IRA.
How does that work exactly? Max contribution is $6,000 I think. So just buy as many shares as possible, and there’s no penalty to sell anytime you want. Any profit just stays within the ROTH IRA, and can be used to purchase/re-invest in long term, large-cap ETFs/mutual funds?

That’s right. Both of my Roths are heavily in SLI.

Yes, anytime I say I'm "swinging" anything for the most part; it's inside my roth which is 60% SLI right now.
The tax implications of swinging in a normal brokerage account, puts you at a massive disadvantage. I'd have to swing and then hurdle another 17% to make money. It's not really a good way to play things imo; unless you are certain you aren't going to hold to long term cap gains.
I have not sold a single brokerage account share; those purchase dates are gold.

How serious of a player will CYDVF be realistically? What was their connection to SLI
Posted on 10/16/21 at 1:53 pm to UFownstSECsince1950
Max contribution is $6K per person, but the back door is still intact.
Semi-related, a while back I rolled over a modest 401(k) my wife had from an old employer into a Roth and went 100% STLHF. My accountant gave me a tiny bit of shite about the 2021 tax implication (there were some other factors at play, in fairness). The other day I sent him a screen shot of the account balance, which is no longer very modest. His response? “Glad you didn’t listen to me.”

I am an idiot. I forgot my Roth now allows individual stocks, too. They have been for a long time. I will move about half my IRA over Monday, too.

Hell yeah GeauxldMember.
I loved sending my account info over to the lender for him to see the returns. And for personal capital to tell me I'm too consintrated... My return VS sp 500 is lol.
