Money is useless dog
I can’t even find someone to clean my pool or help me build my fence. I can’t buy a day off I can’t even hardly buy tube meat because it takes like 30 minutes to get through the line at cringe Albertsons. Can’t even buy a gf

Where is in the hell is the SLI hat order form? I'm holding 10.5k shares here.

Some truth to that.

Just need a road trip to the West coast to pick up some of those sexy, liberal lithium/EV groupies.

You can hire a personal shopper to do that stuff for you. Or do grocery pickup

I always thought I was behind on saving for retirement. SLI has changed that.
Almost all of my shares are in our IRAs and they are up 200% in the last 12 months with no contributions, mostly due to SLI.
I know there are many standards on how much you should have saved by the time you reach X years old, but all the methods I can find I'm either at or above.

I am in NVVE, too. Do you still think there is a lot of upside. I am considering pulling it and putting everything into SLI from that trade. I will be very heavy SLI then for stocks, though.
Yes I think there's still a lot of upside there, Stonepeak's options at $50/share say a lot. I've just gotten more and more beat down from the way all SPAC's are treated here in this market. It's just a tough tough slog for at least 6-12 months after the SPAC completes. The algos don't separate the diamonds in the rough from the garbage.
The reconciliation bill not passing would be a big blow to all EV stocks, including SLI, but especially NVVE as it's dependent upon electrical grid modernization.
So I think SLI is a relatively "sure" 2-3x over the next 1-2 years, while NVVE is a maybe 4-5x over the next 1-2 years. Buying into SLI right now, you should be prepared for potential downside of 15-20% just within a matter of days (nothing goes up in a straight line forever).
Most of my marginal dollars are going into ASTS and HUMA right now. Yes they are former SPAC's, but if those companies pan out they are 50+ baggers so it's worth the SPAC headaches to take a gamble on those kind of returns. But they are VERY high risk stocks. Like 80% chance you lose all your investment, 20% chance you get a 50+ bagger. So position sizing HAS to be kept in mind with those two. In a perfect world, SLI goes batsh*t crazy next spring and I can sell a fair amount at $40+, then roll a portion of those gains into ASTS just before the BW3 launch.

Anyone else pick up Jan$10 calls? Seemed to be priced well vs the Nov calls

I got off the phone with Robert Mintak earlier today and got the OK from him to post notes from our discussion.
1. He was apologetic on the PEA deadline miss by a few days and said that a lot of it was outside of their control as other companies were involved in the process and produced the report, not SLI. He said that the entire PEA, several hundred pages long, should be made available to the public within 45 days or so. I asked him about the Tetra PEA being lithium hydroxide versus the Lanxess 2019 PEA being lithium carbonate, and he said as of right now the intent is still for the Lanxess plants to produce carbonate, not hydroxide. Other potential products in the future could include lithium metal for solid state batteries and lithium chloride.
2. I asked him about the carbon capture technology and he said their intent would be to integrate that technology into the new plants as they were built (assuming it works of course), not retrofit the facilities with that technology after they were built. He said it might even be possible for other carbon emitters in the region to use SLI's process to sequester their carbon, which could hypothetically be another income stream as those companies could pay SLI to sequester their carbon.
3. As it stands right now, all domestic lithium made would have to be shipped overseas to Japan or other countries for the cathode "integration" (i'm butchering the terminology here, sorry), then shipped back to the U.S. for use in EV's. Tesla is building a cathode plant in Texas, that will be finished after the gigafactory in Austin. It also sounds like the Ford/SK plants in Tennessee/Kentucky will also have the cathode side figured out so domestic lithium doesn't have to be shipped overseas first.
4. I asked about the shelf offering and he said that it's relatively standard procedure, especially for dual nationality companies to have that in place and that they have no intent or need to use the offering at this point in time. I asked him about the $800M Tetra capex buildout and sources for that amount of funding, and he said the PEA contemplates it as one buildout while in actuality it might be done in stages.
5. Our access to him is about to be constricted as they are expanding their investor relations and marketing teams. Probably a good thing over the long run so he can focus more on all the agreements and technological advancements that we all hope will be coming to fruition!

I'm new to the SLI thread. I don't mean this as an insulting question...
Does GeneralLee really have the inside scoop from the CEO or is this one of those parody/character things just meant to entertain the thread?
I'm glad I got in when I did. Last couple weeks have been fun!

No parody. SmackoverHawg has talked to him as well, and a few other members of this board have either talked to him or emailed him. But please do NOT bombard him with calls or emails. I told him that part of my intent to post the notes from our discussion on here was to reduce the amount of email/phone calls requests he might get from members of this board.
