When did you set it up? Looks like it only dipped to 2.85 for a few brief moments, around 12:45 EST

Doesn't sound like it'll be happening anytime soon.

Which begs the question, can STLHF work without Canada?

They need the border to open to get the SIFT machine down from Canada to Smackover if I recall correctly. They are currently sending their processed product to Canada to have it fully processed into Li. Once it gets into the US it'll blow wide open.

This ain't a single week moonshot. It's a 6-12 month hold to get it on a roll. But once it rolls, we are in for a hell of a ride.

Price target just got bumped up from $2.50 to $3.65 American.
H.C. Wainwright raises target price to C$4.75

Border will open. Just can't say when. Thought it would be sooner with Biden, but then he pissed them off with the pipeline. They'll get the shite here, but it slows things down. The idea is to get it going and crush the other jr's before they can develop competitive tech. They'd still be a extreme disadvantage due to Lanxess having EVERYTHING already in place except the SiFT unit and modules. Can make money on demo plant with SiFT unit.

They have a railroad at Lanxess as well. Centrally located nation wide. 3.88 million tons of lithium with more than enough brine flow to supply as much as anyone wants. Not to mention they can always allow Albermarle to finish their pipeline and extract theirs later. The Tetra lease is close to Albermarle. I'm wondering if we could see a merger of Albermarle and Lanxess down the line? Would make sense. Would make them largest chemical company in the world I believe (may be wrong) or I could see Albermarle acquire Lanxess US since they are so close. Albermarle is the largest lithium producer in the world. Or vice versa if this is as big as hoped.

Why wouldn't STLHF just build a SiFT in Arkansas with the last capital raise? Wasn't part of the reason for capital projects (not just working capital)?

Any German sightings in El Dorado? The JV (and capital injection) would negate the need to ship the SiFT unit down, correct?

Email I received from the CEO. Surprisingly he responded.

quote:

Thank you for the email and interest in Standard Lithium. Our plans are to ship the SiFT lithium carbonate pilot plant to the Arkansas facility when the current travel restrictions are lifted. Fortunately, we are able to achieve the performance optimization trials using lithium chloride produced from the Arkansas extraction plant and generate the data required for our development purposes utilizing the team of engineers and scientists who designed the plant while resides in Vancouver. For further information see our news release LINK ;

Happy to discuss further if you would like to have a call.

Regards,

Robert Mintak CEO

Standard Lithium Ltd.

Appears they can still do whatever optimizations they need. The SIFT modules have probably been made for a while.

My question is if they can send their lithium up to Canada why can't they send the sift modules down to Arkansas?

Pretty impressive that Robert offered to have a follow up call.

It doesn't seem like they are in rush to get a full production facility in one place (even if a 30% demo one), and are content with the proof of concept for the time being.

With the restrictive international travel probably preventing Lanxess engineers site visit, I wonder what progress forward will be made in the coming 6 months?

Maybe we can get a TD investor call with Robert?

I think the funding was to continue operations in Canada until they can get units to Arkansas. If not for Covid, Lanxess could have been vetting the process and have their chemist and engineers helping optimize this whole time and they would already be funding the full project. I understand why Lanxess is waiting. It's just prudent for the CEO to wait and let his people do their thing before shelling out $200+ million. I have a feeling that it won't be that much since they cut the extraction time from 72 hours, as initially projected, to about 6 hours. By reducing it by a factor of 12, fewer modules needed to produce the lithium. I'm wonder if the same tech will be used to extract other minerals such as sulphur, magnesium and sodium. There's a reason they have kept the tetra sodium plant up after they shut down and pulled out. Still be staffed with a couple of people 24/7 and work is being done at that site. No clue what, but the brine lease shows it under STLHF now.

What’s the 6-12 month conservative estimate share price on STLHF?

Assuming they Open the border and trade?
