Went back and read the early pages of this thread for nostalgia’s sake. Haven’t seen this guy post here recently? Man if he had gone all in with his IRA like he was talking about back in November he would’ve gotten up to his million by now.
Also didn’t realize el gaucho was in this thread from the beginning just about. My first post was asking about options…. Man if i could have bought LEAPS on this last November!

I had someone return back a lot of their borrowed shares the day before the mad money show. Awful convenient…. About 35% of my shares are lent out right now.
I have noticed large moves to the upside just a day or two after a large chunk of my lent out shares get returned back…. Two or three times now. Other time was the day before the September 1st PR

I don't understand calls/puts enough to analyze them, but maybe enough to formulate a question.
Looking at say, December calls/puts, can you give a us a number like an over/under on a football game? What's the 50/50 bet for the target price in December?

I think it’s possible to calculate an implied discount or premium to spot prices for a stock but I don’t have that math readily available. I do know that the implied volatility on SLI’s options is north of 120% according to my Fidelity screener which is very high for a non bio tech stock.
I bought back my October $12.5 covered calls for a quick 50% gain. Might put them back on again in the $15 strike if we get another spike next week from the Tetra PEA.
Thinking it through some more though, as we get into next year I’m not sure I’ll sell a ton of options on this. Might be better to leave the upside uncapped with long term cap gains than to cap my upside with short term cap gains on covered calls. If they open up Jan ‘23 options I might look at covered calls there as I could get long term cap gains on those.

Yeah i noticed the same (from your previous posts) even though its a small sample size. Just one other cool thing coming from this thread that i otherwise wouldnt have on my radar. Will be interesting to see what happens before and after the PEA and see if the trend holds true.
I also wonder (if any of yall were in on PLUG last year.. if there was similar action or predictions when that went from $5 to $70.

Even more info in original thread that got anchored when this one got bigger. Wish they would've combined the two. A lot of people missed early DD. He denied it, but I'm almost positive it was started by a SLI new hire.
