I do not - have been looking in cracks for it, but as far as I can tell the actual term sheet hasn't been disclosed.

The 12 month contingency has been reported in multiple articles with quotes from a Mintak interview/discussion. I don't see anywhere that Standard itself has published those terms; it is one of the questions I asked IR for clarity on.

One of the articles (Reuter)
quote:

As part of the agreement, Standard Lithium and Lanxess will build a pilot plant in Ontario and then ship it to Arkansas where it will run for at least 12 months as part of a test phase.

I think the 12 months is probably in regards to the pilot plant, not the SIFT plant. Otherwise they would have never stated (in March) that the JV should be signed mid year this year, knowing that the SIFT plant wasn't installed yet in Arkansas as of March.

Possibly; but they specifically referenced that the plant had to be shipped down from Ontario. Thus, the SiFT unit came to mind.

Now, they've been running the SiFT unit in Canada since July of last year, I believe, with slurry from the Arkansas pilot plant. So, if that runtime counts, all requirements could be met either way.

Dammit. I’m at 504 shares. You’re going to end up richer than me. I’ll have to call an audible and sell something to I can buy up 46 more shares.

Let's keep this a VERY friendly competition and get rich together!

I'm a poor boy, so won't be buying too much more unless some news comes out.

Petty sure the SIFTR plant was in the Greater Vancouver area (near their headquarters) and no where near Ontario

I thought it was in BC as well, but have heard references to both.

Ontario is just what is quoted in the article. Could be in error.

Fe_Mike,

I get a little tingle now when I see your name on a response... hoping he responded to your great questions.

Lanxess just gave employees raises across the board retroactive to Jan 1. And bonuses. This is the second round of raises and bonuses this year. They're happy about something.

Man I was tempted to buy more when it dipped to $5.9ish today. Those dips down to that level have been money here the past week or so.

Thought about it, but accumulating cash currently. With COVID, Biden, and overpriced market, I can't help but think we're due a major correction. Have my shopping list ready. Not saying I won't break down and get more. I've said I was done a bunch of times only to load up again and again.

That would be awesome if all our small cap stocks roared during a crash while the large cap ones got slaughtered... but 2020 and 2008 shows that doesn't usually happen (for an extreme event at least).

Correct me if I am wrong, but did you say before that the plant guys are actually employees of Lanxess?

Yeah. Me too. I told myself that 500 was my cutoff. I’m gonna try to stick close to that.

Yes. At least they were. Not sure if anything has changed. There may be some paid by SLI now.

They may be. They've only been hiring specifically for SLI the last year or two. They may have been hired through Lanxess, but paid by SLI. Haven't ever asked specifically.

Looks like an open in the $6-$6.10ish range based on German market today.
