Wish I had extra funds to buy more here.

The same amount of diligence you did by reading and comprehending my post.
So the extent of your post was just that you hoped this will go to $100?
I mean, who doesn't hold a $5 stock and hopes it goes to $100? If we're doing that, I hope SLI is a $10,000 stock.

Yeah I'm tapped out...certainly not pulling from AAPL, AMZN, or VTI

I have issues, just bought 400 more.

I like to see who likes the posts made by SLI on linkedin. I noticed a few names that stood out to me on their latest post about being added to the NYSE. Could be nothing, but it's interesting.
Vice President of Corporate Development for Lanxess
President of National Chloride Company of America
Assets Manager at Lanxess
There were also a lot of financial and lithium market experts.

Not gonna lie. I'd be tempted to sell.

I've seen the light from Sasquatch. Not before $40k for this guy.

I've been dreaming for 40 per share
You jack legs dreaming about GME type runs.
I'd probably be off the boat by time that happened

It was a serious question, you youreself said that you were new to this. And all I was asking was how or who made you believe this was a $100 stock?
I hope this stock does go to $100 but realistically it is probably closer to $20 than $100

I threw out a number that would lead me to believe that it was a viable, successful company with a cutting edge method of lithium commercialization. One that we can count on.
I work in an industry directly impacted by the success of these ventures. So, it's more than just a stock to me, as it's going to impact my weekly paycheck.

My posts were incredibly sarcastic. At $10-$15 I'll be flipping my shite.

It's a viable company at the current share price. Without doing the market cap math, at $100/share this thing would likely be worth multiple times all other lithium producers combined. It's not realistic. At all.

Not to be a downer but I've been more curious lately as to what are things that occur to cause this stock to go back down to $2 or worse. Does JV not go through? Is there some sort of failure in the Lithium extraction process?
I have been hesitant to buy in more but with this last jump due to the uplist looking like we are near a new bottom. I want to make one more big buy as I feel confident we are only going up from here but there's always a part of me thinking worse case scenario.

Can we go back to trading on the OTC? I liked the pricing action better there, haha.

Not to change the subject, but as an aside,
Our normal volume is 225,000 shares per day.
Day TWO on the NYSE and a down day, and we're at 1.8 million shares.
The implications are... nice? :shrugs:

a few pages ago, we were talking about a $4 floor, then $5 a few pages later. the pattern we have seen over the last 8 months to a year has been + 20-30%, + 20-30%, followed by a small retraction, then a repeat. this is all during Covid and we aint going back to a lockdown. we good...
