General, have you done any research into Recyclico (AMYZF) or Electra (ELBM)?

Nope I have not researched those. My main plays are SpaceX and ORGN and I devote hundreds of hours per year to keeping up to them. I really don't have time for more than 3 or 4 holdings max. Most of the rest of my investment dollars are in Fidelity money market accounts. I have a "barbell" portfolio with a safe core in money markets and then risky plays in SpaceX/ORGN.

Probably 95%+ of speculative plays out there are going to zero long term, have to be very careful.

Hoping to get a PR on mechanical completion of the O1 plant this week, and John Bissell is presenting at another investor conference this week which hopefully will bring more institutional eyes here.

What are some of your other speculative plays besides Origin?

I hold far too much AQB.

I think management knocked
The cover off the ball with share offerings when ARK’s investment mooned the stock.

Now it’s sitting at a negative EV(more cash on the balance sheet than the current market cap)

The 2023 catalyst is progress on the Pioneer, Ohio salmon farm.

General, wondering if you've looked into Joby Aviation Inc? (JOBY)

Briefly looked, not compelling enough to risk any additional capital from my money market core imho. I'd put that in the bucket of speculative stocks that end up going to zero long term (which is most of them).

I'm going to establish a position today. Seems like a bright future for this company if O2 can become a reality

I’ve been adding since this thread started and have been doing research as well. I like it for a long hold.

It's still a speculative bet but all the pieces are there and I think working with Avantium is a big plus. If you size your position accordingly and plan to hold for 7+ years provided progress continues as expected, this thing could eventually become a monster. But there is a long way to go.

4.6M volume today. Over 5x the average volume. The ER call is going to be interesting with regards to guidance.
