Strong local people:
- Assurance Financial
- Eustis Mortgage
- GMFS
- Primary Residential Mortgage
- Guild

I can also help, and any of those companies are good. Call any of them and they can give you estimates.

I can also give you a rate comparison and I am local in BR

Assurance screwed me. Incompetent agent. Did another house with them 5 years ago, and they were fine..

it boiled down to the agent.

Went with a company by a poster here... he couldn't write in South Carolina, so he sent me to someone at TMF.... it's in underwriting right now..

Donna Williamson.... I think it's 2.625 on a 30... it's only an 80k mortgage on my retirement home...

Our jumbo rates today were around 2.75% on the 30 at par depending on credit and ltv. We lend in all 50 states. Email is in my username at gmail
