Stock was at $135 then, 17 months ago. He basically bottom-ticked it - it's been on a straight line up 5x+ to $770 where it trades today.

He used the Ethereum merge to justify & said that AI "wasn't there"

Well he was right for about a month. You realize when someone makes a call like that, its not a call for the rest of the decade or even year. When he made that call, it did drop to 108 before the run it's had now..

He’s been positive on NVDA for a long time, too. It was a top 10 pick of his in December 2022.

Dan Nathan, on the other hand, has been predicting NVDA to crumble for the last 500 points. He hates prosperity and always thinks he is the smartest guy in the room.

I remember like a decade ago Cramer called Home Depot, Home Despot. It was like around $20 a share. This was right after the 2008 housing mkt crash. Now look at it. Still pissed I did not buy some HD.

About as fun as you pulling a quote from almost two years ago. Markets and pricing is only as good as the data and forecasts that day.

No man can be this bad. He has to be giving some kind of elaborate signals to his “blind trust” or whatever scam he’s running.

Why, because he lets facts get in the way of false narratives that are more fun?

Cramer gets things wrong enough that you can pick far better examples than NVDA to criticize him. He’s largely nailed it.

I get all the people coming to Cramer defense, but this is part of the irony and why he’s so bad. yes… He was a NVDA bull forever. But then he said to short it right when the thesis was about to play out. I still think he’s got some sort of elaborate signals going on. His timing can’t be that bad.

Jim Cramer explains why he’s short on Nvidia… it’s a loser
