Condo purchase agent request

I have read several topics on condo purchases here, so I am coming to you guys for a recommendation on an agent or anyone legit in assisting me in finding a reasonable good deal on a condo anywhere from Gulf Shores to Destin. Not looking to purchase immediately. Gonna wait and see what happens to this market when the COVID eviction / mortgage restrictions expire. Do want to at least have a contact or 2 when the time is right.

For Perdido Key and Orange Beach -- Kathy Justice. She has a HUGE list of former clients and access to owners who want to sell prior to listing.

Same... But in Gulf Breeze/ Pensacola. Also, plan on moving my address there.

When you do that do you have to make that your mailing address or something? I think my dad does that with his place down in Florida, but not sure what they make you do to "prove" it's your primary residence.

Correct, there are some pretty quick mail forwarding companies. I will change my DL to fl as well and register any future cars there.

Honestly OP you are welcome to give someone a call right now, but I'm just shooting you straight that the market in Florida is blazing hot right now and if you aren't looking to purchase NOW any decent agent is not going to give you the time of day.
I know of a condo that was listed last Wednesday for 10% over the last sales price and it had 3 offers in 2 days with 0 showings. You are also considering a huge area and most good realtors are going to have a much smaller range, its simply about time.
I don't mean to sound pretentious, I'm simply trying to help you out.

I did a lot of pre-construction in there...Breeland Brothers Fairhope developement...the East side had some mold issues at 1 time.
