I received a message on Discord a day ago from Pancakeswap regarding an airdrop bonus of 50 BNB. Anyone else got anything like this or have any experiences with something similar? I haven't accepted it yet because not sure it's legit or the potential tax implications regarding such a transaction. The following text is what the message said:

That is what I thought also. Too good to be true and no announcements regarding this from official CD sources. Thanks guys!

So if I have no clue what this is and how to do it, is it worth spending a Sunday figuring the mechanics out to drop 100 bucks in?

Lol jk. I started educating myself a few years ago. I think the worst thing people can do is think of it is a get rich scheme. Sure I guess you may hit on some shite coin, catching a wave. I think as a newb myself the best thing you can do is read about projects from the top to bottom, then read about them again.

figuring the mechanics
I think it is worth it to learn the mechanics so that you are prepared to go the next time one of these pops up.
As for your $100.. that could turn into like $7 if we go back to all time low or $250 if we go back to all time high.. the coin could also reach new lows or highs. I won't pretend I know what will happen, but there is a lot of momentum right now and it is still steadily gaining holders.
Disclaimer: I am invested, and holding.

I am also a holder but bought in presale. A week or two ago would have been a much better jump in price point. But with several posters harping that the project was dead it was not very appealing to many at its bottom. CD is definitely on a roll and has gained about 400 new holders just since yesterday so I think still worth jumping in as long as your tolerant of the risk and volatility these tokens can have. Hell we almost lost a zero around midnight before some big sells caused a dip. We may still yet lose a zero today at the rate it's rebounded!

We’ll I’ve got ember fund, edge wallet, coinbase, coinbase pro so I have a few things set up already.
But if I decide on a whim to “buy” something other than base coins it appears to be a major pita.
But I piss away cash on stupid shite like m&ms or fast food and I’d rather just put that on something that may be increasing in value and don’t care if it decreases because I would have blown it anyway.

What does lost a zero mean?
Posted on 2/5/22 at 10:51 am to Meauxjeaux
As the price of a coin increases it will drop zeros. For example the current price is near 0.000913352 each. Then once it gets up to 0.000999999 the next buy would put it at 0.001. So it would have lost a zero

And I hope everyone makes out like bandits. I GTFO because the team was nauseating. They hd no real direction. If the plan was A, mid stream it was changed to B. Even if it’s a pump and dump, I want consistency before the rug pull, lol.
As for our TD contingent, I hope all of you make millions.

Can someone briefly explain "staking" to someone who is relatively new
Posted on 2/5/22 at 1:36 pm to Bucktail1
You deposit coins and earn a certain apr. Some staking options lock your coins for a certain period, some don't. They also have an unstake period. Some are instant, some are weeks
