Starting to creep back up. Thinking solidifying overall market conditions might make this worth adding to. Especially if they can maintain their dividend.

Didn’t get around to selling it today. Put stop loss in, but I’m not relying on div right now. Too many stocks rebounding right now.

I bought a few shares midday. Almost sold yesterday when I broke even on it.

Something that still scares me about this company is they had to sell all of their "safe" investments to cover some costs and avoid BK. I don't think they can survive if the market takes another hit because they already used their wild card.

I thought it had alot further to go for me to break even on it, but doing the math, i can get out of it at 10 too and break even.

Nearing a 20% gain just in the last 4 days. It's moving fast for a REIT stock. When is the next ex-dividend date? Is it 6/30/20? I'm sure we'll see upward movement leading up to that date.

11.26 in pre-market. It jumped almost 12% in after market trading. I think it continues to tick up even more with an increasing overall market.

So I was, at one point, down 53% on my CIM stash.

Added a lot to my position at $6.70. Positive today!

CIM beats earnings estimates, increases common stock div by ~10%

Seems to be recovering nicely the past 12 months since pandemic low below 7.

Up ~4% today to $13.47
