News is that Lucid Motors is reportedly nearing deal to merge with CCIV == could be valued at $12B.
It resumed trading at 13:45:17 and traded for just 40 seconds before hitting another circuit breaker halt.

Outside of profit taking, this may sit and stabilize a little more after the 3rd halt. That's just a guess given the valuation.

When this was a rumored $15B deal the $39/share price put Lucid close to a $60b valuation. Now that the deal is $3b less, at $12b, maintaining that $60B valuation bumps us up to around $49/share. This is where the market seems to want to keep it until final terms are revealed.
Remember, Tesla is valued at $750b-$800b. Can Lucid eventually get close to that insane valuation in the future? Probably not, but there sure is plenty of room to run in the next 5-10 years. I plan on holding steady at least until we see the first deliveries this year and get some initial feedback.
