Lucid Motors prepares to go public thanks to Saudi money and SPAC mania
And now we are getting reports that Directv might be off the table for CCIV. This was the last CCIV rumored merger company.
Exclusive: Buyout firm TPG in the lead for stake in AT&T's DirecTV - sources
All signs pointing towards this possibly being announced next week, before the conference.

In case you didn't know, the Saudis own over half of Lucid Motors.
Lucid could easily be trading at $200/share in the next 5 years if they are able to ramp up to full capacity at the new Arizona facility.

Just go look what NKLA (Nikola) did once they announced their SPAC merger.
The only difference here is that Lucid actually plans to start delivering cars THIS Spring.

CNBC interview with Head of Aramco and PIF majority shareholders of Lucid.
No real tells during the interview, but we can probably rule out private placement just judging by the job openings on Lucid's website.
