The company’s prospectus reveals dramatic, acquisition-led financial acceleration:
Explosive Revenue Growth: Full-year 2025 revenue hit $1.31 billion (a 95% YoY jump). Growth surged further in Q1 2026, climbing 132% YoY to $601.3 million.
Swing to Profitability: Bending Spoons inverted a heavy Q1 2025 net loss of $112.2 million into a $27.5 million net profit in Q1 2026.
Massive User Base: The portfolio—which includes Vimeo, WeTransfer, Evernote, Meetup, and Eventbrite—boasts 500 million monthly active users and 9 million paying subscribers.

Do not try and bend the spoon. That's impossible. Instead, only try to realize the truth...there is no spoon. Then you'll see that it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself.

This will be the first IPO I ever attempt to buy.
The data they own and continue to acquire will be their most valuable asset.
Both hands kind of buy.

I’ve never been an IPO guy from a retail investor point of view. Usually things get hyped and creates a short term bubble.
