quote:the claim was that the price target people posted in the Telegram was much lower than the price target that was posted here by the same people, thus creating an opportunity for those.
if anything was pumped, it would've been in the Telegram
Again no clue if it was substantiated, but that was the claim

I'm sure the telegram group has redirected more traffic away from TD than Chicken would like.

It's dangerous because you have no idea how much people reading this might be speculating and what those BS predictions could cost them.
Any person that goes buy or sell something because a person they don’t know on the internet told them to is an idiot, and when you make stupid decisions like that bad things happen. That’s their fault

Investing in an individual crypto coin is like buying a bunch if iPhone 1s as investments saying "well smartphones are the future!"

quote:i really agree with this. They usually get to buy into new tech first and they didnt on this.
Rich people are embarrassed a wealth creator was had by geeks instead of them. They usually have advance inside knowledge of what’s going to boom so they can fill their pockets and use it for political favors and power.
This was spread to the peasants and the pipeline started without them and they are pissed

Look, if a bunch of people all over the world agree that a particular block-chain currency has value, then everything else is noise. An iPhone 1 is not easily transferable- you have to ship it.

This makes zero sense.

A bitcoin, ripple or litecoin are just products of blockchain technology.
If Fortune 500 Company 'XYZ' implements a proprietary blockchain based system to their operations, owners of bitcoin/ripple/litecoin don't benefit from it. So my point is that if you want to invest in blockchain tech, invest in companies that create applications for the tech. Otherwise you are just buying a product like an iphone instead of buying Apple

quote:Dimon has backtracked on this.
He's not the only skeptic. JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon called bitcoin a "fraud," adding "it's worse than tulip bulbs. It won't end well." And billionaire investor Howard Marks called it a "pyramid scheme."
Also, BTC has gone up by about 4x since he made that statement. Also, maybe just maybe he has a biased view on that.

I don't think that's accurate, just a hunch.
