Last 3 article about the stock are very upbeat, claiming it should be in area of $15 a share soon enough and is a buy.

Anyone find it interesting that Aurinia released a press statement on May 2nd and May 3rd announcing the Swiss and English recommendation of Lupkynis.
But Otsuka has released a statement about Scottish approval and recommendation....without a single mention of Aurinia...

It's a huge milestone to have 3 different EU members approve Lupiknys. Larger payments from otsuka as they increase sales and a 10M payment for the 3 approvals. Otsuka is selling the shite out of this stuff. At this point, they would make sense as a buyer. And Japanese loans are super cheap

The other piece is that during final stages of negotiations or if agreement in place before announcement, they could be a legal black out period for Auriana. It makes zero sense they wouldn't press release this good news unless they are in black out. Also makes zero sense Otsuka wouldn't mention them and only the drug.
On flip side, if Otsuka is the buyer, I think this walk down to 7 means BO price is lower than 20.
