Does anyone know why some OTC’s are available to purchase on certain platforms and some are not? This is during market hours but Merrill discriminates against some for some reason.

Fidelity will not allow market order or on the open order. Only limit orders at this time

Would it help on ETRADE to file a “stop limit on quote” order pre-market for when this opens to make sure you don't miss the buy?

Yeah expect that with alot of stocks with an "F" on the end thru Fidelity. You can also expect a $50 on the exit as well.

Thing is I buy stlhf and a bunch of others that don’t give me that fee so it’s hit or miss. I’m just going big with my order and hopefully $50 will be nothing when this goes up.
My worst all time was buying ATs crypto foreign stock and I completely blew through the warning. It was a $100 investment and I was -100% out the gate with the two $50 fees lol. Was a good learning lesson.

just a clue if there's a "F" on the end of the ticker, you may have to factor that in. It is hit or miss like you said

It's all over the place. I had to change my order 3 times but got in at 30 cents.
