What would you guys do with Dec 27 $50 calls?
Hold and sell about 3-4 months before expiration, because time decay accelerates about 90-120 days prior to expiration. I have A LOT of call options (all long), and my plan is to roll them out another 2 years as it gets to that 3-month point before expiration. I believe we're in the beginning of a hockey stick inflection point on the chart. In 3-4 years, I'll probably return to all common stock and start trimming.

If you're trying to time it, I think we see $135-140 then a retrace to $115 sometime in February, BUT that is pure speculation. The smart decision is to hold and sell and roll out around late August. That coincides with earnings report in early August.

Based on its history, I’d say sell and wait for the pull back. But who the hell knows with this one? I’m enjoying the ride

Definitely my initial thought. Think I'll hold for now and see how it plays out. With it being house money, it helps.

You’re welcome! This is an exciting time as ASTS is still basically pre-revenue.

I just urge you and others not to get greedy and buy short-dated calls less than a year out. ASTS is not protected from macro events. Have to remind ourselves that nothing is guaranteed and we should temper our enthusiasm and euphoria. I followed that NBIS thread late last year and they got too greedy and short-sighted. A lot of them lost their asses on short-dated calls despite my warning in mid-late October.

In 18 months I’m up… 923%.

At what point do I sell? This is wild.

If they are successful and can follow through with their planned 60 launches this year, I think $500 is achievable in the next 2-3 years. That's another 331% return from the closing price of $116 yesterday.

I'm going to continue buying under $250 and will close out all options at $500 and buy common stock. I will probably sell 40% to deploy capital in other things at that time. Still will hold on to a large chunk, because their EBITDA and free cash flow will continue to grow year-over-year. And if they start distributing a dividend, that will be the icing on the cake.

As someone who made very little but was up giant on LNGLF and Tellurian Id make sure id be ready to pull out half if they face any headwinds with launches this year.

I was up 60k on LNGLF and 40K on Tellurian only to see it shrink.

I got out with 22k and started with 10k.

I left a shitload on the table I would have had to reinvest positions like ASTS where I only had 16k to put in at $19

My first ever stock I purchased from the advice on this board in 2013-2014. And I opened an E*Trade account just for that. Seems like ages ago.

Chart technicals and upcoming tailwinds SUGGEST a move to $145-150 with a retracement down to $120 by end of February. Earnings report on 3/2/26. Push to $160-180 by early summer.

Stay the course and continue buying.

Man just goes to show you you really cant take investment advice from a TD board. So many factors outside of your control. VOO is the safest bet i suppose

It's getting crushed today down 14%.....only thing I saw from yesterday was some "issue of notes", so it looks like they're trying to raise capital for their next venture.
