You could do well on that. I don’t know. Just be sure to look both ways before you cross the street. On the one hand, you have a lot of people buying into the reflation narrative. On the other hand, cap rates are at/near historic lows. Whatever you buy, you’d be smart to go into it with a long term perspective.

Oh I would be buying it for the long term anticipating societal unrest more than just massive inflation.

Wasn’t Holland a leading financial force during that time and pretty much all sectors of society participated in the mania? I mean several industries shite down to switch to tulip production. Investment was not the issue.
