It'd be funny if all those unrealized gains were taxed, and they finally got a lesson in consequences, by being forced to come up with $13m worth of CA state tax based on illiquid money.

Happy for them but if you are a retail investor buying an IPO out the gate hasnt gone well recently it seems.
