Amazon Prime Store Card Sucks

Paid my balance yesterday. This morning they drafted the balance plus a random 32 dollars from my account. Looks like automatic payment was inadvertently set up at some point to debit my account for the min balance on the due date.
I don't remember setting this up, but they can only send me a refund check through the main in 2-3 weeks time

This sounds like user error and not the fault of Amazon.

I can't find when I would have done it. I didn't have the problem last month, and I paid on the same day. Not saying I didn't set it up, but I don't think I did it conscientiously.
Why does it take 1 day for them to take too much money from you but 2-3 weeks for them to give it back?

Same. I also have an Amazon Store Card and this has never happened to me.

I don't know about all that, but I have called Synchrony 3x about never receiving text alerts I have set multiple times and they say try the same damn thing again, which doesn't fix a damn thing and that is on the Verizon network. That has been my only issue with Synchrony.
Well, that and the TransUnion FICO score they update monthly is 170 points lower than both Experian and Equifax versions used by other lenders. Took TransUnion 7+ months to add/include a new car loan from December in their report, I sent them proof of their ineptitude and f-ups Monday and to get that shite back up to 830.
