You sell any more today? I’m trying to stick to my plan to start selling some at $3.00, but it’s hard not to lock in some gains with as volatile as the market is. I’m expecting a pull back tomorrow and Friday, but still think it runs a little before the end of the month.

A little surprised it hasn’t popped a bit heading into Tuesday. I was thinking it would be around $3 or so pre decision day.

I’d guess between 6:00 and 10:00 PM tonight.
Possibly even pre market tomorrow.
The FDA is a bit behind, but not much!

Yes, on a Friday of all days.
I’ll be quite interested to see what happens if approved because the decision is based on two indications that bring unbelievable potential to a sub billion dollar company.
If we gain just 20-40% tomorrow I’m holding onto this one. It’s also tough to say if Butler, the CEO, will want another offering.
Needless to say, I’ll be listening to any conference call trying to get a feel for what the future will look like.
Trading at less than 4x revenue right now.

I used to be one of the guys sitting at the agency waiting on the decision and then working through the night updating launch materials and running them through MRL (assuming it was an approval).

With your experience do you think this could be a runner on double approval? Or would we have to wait a few quarters for sales?

I honestly haven't done any research on this company or the drug itself, just bought a couple hundred on a flyer. And while they negotiate label language in the meetings running up to PDUFA, they don't know the exact and final language until approval. Did they submit for two indications?
