With the brands I worked on, the press release was the first thing cued up for final signoff after the letter came in, and it was on the wire within a couple hours. Other now approved tactics fell in line behind that.

Just because there is a ton of volume in a stock it doesn't mean it has to make a huge move one way or the other.

"Planning" and "blatant insider trading that results in long federal prison sentences" are two different things. In Hussss world, everything is a conspiracy with someone pulling the strings regardless of what it actually is. He twists the narrative no matter what the details are.
If it had spiked it would've been hedge funds buying because they know it's gonna get approved, if it tanks it's because hedge funds are shorting it to drive the price down so they can buy more before approval, if there's a short seller hit piece it's because they want to be able to scoop up shares in advance of an approval, etc.

I bought 2200 shares at $1.81 about six weeks ago. Ended up selling them all this morning around 8 am PST, still ended up about $500 ahead

Nah you’re quite wrong there. I listen to what the market says as it is hardly ever wrong. When price is confirmed with volume, you have to listen.
Also, the handle never formed that would confirm the cup and handle.
